• Company details, including name, website, sector, stage, team size, and cofounder information
• Fundraising details, pitch decks, data room links, and traction or revenue information
• Professional background, areas of expertise, and how you would like to be involved
• Resumes, work history, the role you are interested in, and other information you include in a job application
• Any other information you choose to include

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited.

How we use information

• To evaluate investment opportunities, Studio applications, Operator Network submissions, and job applications
• To contact you about your submission or related opportunities
• To introduce you to portfolio companies, co-investors, or network members, with your permission
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Affiliates. Real Tech Capital and its affiliated entities, which support Superior Studios.
• Service providers. Vendors that host the Site or process form submissions on our behalf, such as Netlify and Airtable.
• Portfolio companies and co-investors. Only with your permission or as part of an introduction you request.
• Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Superior Studios or others.

Third-party services

Our forms are part of superiorstudios.ai. When you submit a form, your information is processed by a serverless function hosted by Netlify and stored in Airtable. The Site also links to third-party websites, including portfolio companies. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep submitted information for as long as needed to evaluate your submission, maintain our relationship with you, and meet legal or business requirements. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

If you apply for a job, we may keep your application to consider you for future openings unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
